Liberty Company Appoints New Chief Operating Officer to Drive Operations

Prior to joining the organisation, the new executive played a major part in its growth.

The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers (Liberty) has made the announcement that Adam Baillie, who was previously serving as the company’s chief strategy officer, will now be taking on the role of chief operational officer.

As stated in a press statement, the brokerage firm stated that Baillie has been an essential contributor to Liberty’s growth over the course of the last ten years. The selection of Baillie was made following a “thorough” review, according to the press release.

Bill Johnson, the CEO, chairman, and creator of Liberty, stated that Adam’s promotion to the position of chief operating officer is well merited because he has constantly demonstrated his love and commitment for this organisation over the course of many years. “This, in addition to his boundless energy, sharp mind, and wonderful leadership qualities, places us in a great position to continue to succeed as we move forward on our journey of growth here at Liberty,” said the individual.

The company Liberty referred to Baillie as a “internal powerhouse” that possessed a great deal of experience in managing and producing operational excellence. Since he first joined the company in 2013 as a producer and then subsequently became a managing partner, he has been a very valuable addition to the organisation. According to the press announcement, Baillie has been an essential figure in the founding and management of Liberty’s business development unit, data and business intelligence departments, and Liberty Underwriting Services over the course of the past ten years.
Under his new position, Baillie will be responsible for managing Liberty’s four different business divisions in addition to the company’s administrative and operational tasks.
